Share experiences, good practices and useful resources to support colleagues across Europe.

Community Expectations

The following guidelines help ensure that the ENFP Members Space remains a welcoming, respectful and productive environment for everyone.

Expected Behaviour

We encourage all members to contribute to a positive, welcoming and collaborative environment.

Unacceptable Behaviour

The following types of behaviour are not acceptable within the ENFP Members Space.

Moderation

The ENFP Steering Committee moderates the Members Space to help maintain a respectful, welcoming and constructive environment.

Posts that do not comply with this Code of Conduct may be edited, moved or removed. In exceptional cases, access to the Members Space may be suspended or revoked.

Moderation decisions are made with the aim of fostering constructive dialogue and supporting collaboration across the ENFP network.
