Dear members of the European Network of Focal Points for the 2003 Convention (ENFP),
This spring meeting will begin with the introduction of the newly appointed Steering Committee, followed by a brief exchange with the UNESCO Living Heritage Entity (tbc). The agenda will then include several thematic contributions by ENFP members:
- An update on MONDIACULT 2025 and opportunities for engagement related to intangible cultural heritage.
- A discussion on ethical considerations in safeguarding, led by members of the Steering Committee.
- A presentation on the recent meeting focused on ICH and armed conflicts, and an update on the ongoing efforts to establish a new Category 2 Centre dedicated to living heritage in Belgium.
- The results of the recent ENFP network survey will also be presented, followed by an open discussion.
This meeting will be an opportunity to reconnect, exchange experiences, and shape the future directions of the ENFP network together.

The meeting is open to experts from UNESCO Group I and II countries, including focal points, facilitators and others involved in the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage.
The working language will be English, and a recording will be made available after the meeting.
